You just need to drop us a mail at contactus@dailisiptea.com mentioning that you want to Cancel or Return the product delivered and you will get a reply within next 24 working hours.

For returning, the product should be unused and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery along with the recept or proof of purchase, for the item you wish to return.
Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.

As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund within 8-10 working days.

If the item you’re returning is damaged, please take a picture and email it to us on contactus@dailisiptea.com to show the damage. If there’s a different reason for the return, let us know what it is and if you have any proof of the issue, please send that along too.
